Cadro has scooped a top industry plaudit at the Europe Fintech Awards, seeing off strong competition from some of the industry's leading innovators to claim the title of WealthTech of the Year.

Developed to celebrate the European Fintech community's "best and brightest" firms, the annual awards were announced at a prize-giving dinner in London on Thursday July 11, following a detailed submission process where entrants were judged by an independent panel of experts.

The WealthTech of the Year category was particularly competitive, with Cadro marked above seven other companies in contention for the award, and the judging panel praising the company's focus on customer engagement.

Upon winning the award, awards organisers Barker Brooks Communications said: "The judges really liked that this company focuses on the customer and the user, and were impressed by the user experience highlighted in the entry."

Cadro Co-founder and President Jordan Buck said: "This award is a testament to everybody’s hard work, and our commitment to fundamentally changing the investment experience for our clients.

"We can't wait to keep innovating and spreading the word about our service, and this incredible achievement is just the beginning."
