Peter is responsible for writing, producing and strategizing Cadro’s creative content. Formerly a breaking news journalist and book editor, he has over a decade’s experience creating things on-the-go and getting stuff done.

Julie spent 20 years in financial services as an accountant, investment banker and wealth manager, before taking a break to raise two kids. She has the organisational skills of a soldier ant and she is adept at turning her hand to whatever comes her way.

Emily is responsible for supporting the client and investment teams, and regularly presents videos for Cadro’s creative output. Bold, positive and energetic, Emily is used to solving problems and thinking on her feet. She is currently completing her Level 4 CISI exams.

Ollie helps Cadro's technology engineering team find creative ways to display client data, and assists with business development through data analysis. An Oxford University maths graduate, Oliver formerly worked as a data analyst for a sport betting company, and plays a cool hand in any statistical challenge.

Edward manages Cadro's legal affairs. Called to the bar in 1999, he brings over two decades of financial services legal and regulatory experience to the team, following senior roles at multinational institutions. In addition to being a Chartered Fellow of the CISI, Edward is a full member of STEP, with extensive working knowledge of trusts and offshore tax and regulation. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, with expertise in board level governance. He is also Cadro's Anti Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Officer, overseeing all aspects of the company's regulatory compliance.

Jamie manages Cadro’s community and networks. With extensive reach across across tech, sport, media and entertainment, he is well known as an effective communicator and relationship builder. His personal network spans over three decades’ experience in financial services, where he has developed many trusted relationships with high net worth individuals and family offices.

Tyrone manages Cadro’s relationships with financial intermediaries. With over two decades’ experience across the wealth, asset management and financial planning industries, he is an adept facilitator of financial services for High-Net-Worth individuals and institutions alike. Away from the office he can often be found pursuing his passion for rugby, or with a club or racquet in hand, chasing a variety of balls around fields, courts and courses.

Evan has broad experience with private clients across wealth management and private equity investing. He specialises in strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, and family offices. Evan is also responsible for active and passive fund research across all Cadro portfolios.

Christian leads Cadro’s operations team, ensuring protocols for managing the flow of client assets, performance data and system integration with the Cadro app. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Christian is also a talented builder, and his super-power is making sure broken things get fixed.

N’Chika is responsible for Cadro's financial management and strategy. A qualified accountant, he was previously Finance Director at Capita Plc and Wifinity, where he helped in the acquisition of a competitor and the ultimate sale of the business through a management buyout. N'Chika is a keen middle distance runner, and is as fast on his feet as he is at crunching numbers.

Ajay is responsible for private equity and venture capital investing at Cadro. He has over a decade’s experience investing in global private equity and venture capital funds across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments on behalf of public and private institutions. Ajay sits on Cadro’s Investment Committee.

David oversees Cadro’s investment team, chairing all investment-related committees. He has worked in London, Cardiff, Edinburgh, New York and Paris, in roles spanning fintech, banking, insurance, and asset management. Outside of Cadro, he sits on Wealthify’s Investment Committee, and the Investment Committee for the Royal Company of Merchants of the City of Edinburgh, one of Scotland’s largest education charities. He is an adjunct-lecturer in finance at Heriot Watt University.

Greg manages a wide range of multi-asset class portfolios and advises individuals, families, trusts, corporates and charities on navigating complex financial affairs, often including long term planning and structuring. With over 10 years’ experience in the Wealth Management industry, having previously held roles with Deloitte and Killik & Co, Greg is also a Chartered Investment Manager with the CISI. He graduated from Cardiff University with a degree in Economics.

Gregor has 30 years of experience in the software industry, in which he’s held several chief operational and executive roles. He is passionate about working with empowered teams to build good products, and has extensive experience helping entrepreneurs and business leaders in operational efficiency, scaling, change management and technical leadership.

Kathleen is currently completing her Level 4 CISI exams, after which she will be advising private clients and families in wealth management. Originally from South Africa, Katheen’s varied career to date spans roles in wealth management, fintech and Private Equity. She will assist Cadro’s advisory team running portfolios and managing relations with the firm’s external advisers, including financial planners and investment consultants, regarding the transfer of wealth between generations.

Olivia in an Executive Assistant at Cadro, helping organise and coordinate the many meetings and outside obligations of the Co-founders, and ensuring day-to-day office tasks are performed promptly and efficiently. A meticulous planner, Olivia's journey started in the West End where she began her career at the young age of 10. She later honed her skills as an Executive Assistant to a fashion stylist and a law firm, before transitioning into Financial Services.

Tamara leads Cadro’s tech architecture, drives the integration of the company’s tech stack components and supports the operations and product management teams. She is a highly organized software engineer and leader with over 10 years’ experience working for start-ups and big tech corporations. She is a mother of three boys and nothing scares her.
